Term & condition
Once the booking is confirmed, the guest automatically agrees to the following terms.

Reservation & Confirmation:
Kindly arrive 5~10 minutes earlier, being late will take up your time. Arriving late may result in your experience in our tea house due to time constraints.

Refund & Cancellation:
You will receive a full refund if we can not fulfil your reservation. 
Once the booking is confirmed, we will not refund unless exceptional circumstances.
A rearrangement are accepted 24hrs in advance depends on availability. Every reservation requires a lot of preparation. Our continued sustainability relies heavily on reservations being honoured by our customers.
