Tea Master

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve tea with professionalism and precision
-
Introduce tea culture and stories to guests
-
Assist in hosting tea ceremonies, tastings, and cultural courses
Requirements:

Experience for at least 2 years.

Passion for tea and willingness to learn

Good communication and presentation skills
-
Experience in hospitality or F&B is an advantage
Tea Assistant

Responsibilities:

Welcome and serve customers
-
Take orders and ensure smooth dining service

Maintain a clean and organized tea house environment

Support tea master during operations
Requirements:

Friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented

Basic English and/or Chinese communication skills

Customer service experience is a plus
Service Crew

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

Take orders and serve food and beverages

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea house

Assist Tea Artists in daily operations and customer service
Requirements:

Friendly, responsible, and attentive to details

Good communication and teamwork skills

Basic English and/or Chinese communication ability

Prior experience in hospitality or F&B is an advantage but not required
Shop Manager

Responsibilities:

Daily shop operations to ensure smooth service flow

Lead, train, and motivate team members

Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control

Ensure the highest standard of customer experience

Support marketing activities and event coordination
-
Handle scheduling, staff performance, and basic reporting
Requirements:

Experience for 5 years in F&B management position.

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Previous experience in retail, café, or F&B management preferred

Good communication skills in English and Chinese

Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and tea culture
-
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
