Today, I’d like to share my day at Nobu, experiencing the beauty of tea art.
Upon arriving at Nobu in the morning, I was immediately immersed in the Japanese ambiance. The elegant environment had a calming effect, setting the perfect tone for the day. My task was to brew a fine pot of tea for the guests, allowing them to experience the subtle interplay between tea and water. Tea brewing is not merely a procedure; it’s a dialogue with nature.
Tea art is more than an expression of traditional culture; it extends into a lifestyle. Here, tea and cuisine harmonize, complementing each other to create a unique sensory experience for the guests.
