1. This is a service only provided at our tea space (Kuala Lumpur).

3. After payment successful, we will send an WhatsApp confirmation for you. If you're not reaceive it, please contact us to avoid any acident.

Notice:

Once the booking is confirmed, the guest automatically agrees to the following terms. 

Reservation & Confirmation 
1. Customers will receive a WhatsApp message once your reservation is confirmed. 
2. Kindly arrive 5~10 minutes earlier, being late will take up your time. Arriving late may result in your experience in our tea house due to time constraints. 

Refund & Cancellation 
1. You will receive a full refund if we can not fulfil your reservation. 
2. Once the booking is confirmed, we will not refund unless exceptional circumstances. 
3. A rearrangement are accepted 48hrs in advance depends on availability. Every reservation requires a lot of preparation. Our continued sustainability relies heavily on reservations being honoured by our customers.

2. 请提前5~10分钟抵达，迟到将会占用您的预约时间。 

退款 & 取消 
1. 如果我们无法满足您的预订时间/日期，您将获得全额退款。 
2. 预订一经确认，除非有特殊情况，否则概不退款。 
3. 若要重新安排您的预定，请提前 48 小时告知并得到确认。由于每次预订都需要大量的准备工作，我们不希望给您带来不便和无法预期的变化，导致您体验降低。希望您能理解和体谅，谢谢。
