Q. Do I have to create an account (register) in order to buy products?
Yes, you have to create an account in order to purchase products on the Hi Tea Malaysia Online Shop. Please create an account before shopping. You can choose log in with your existing Facebook account.

Q. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Please reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your password” link under login page. We require your email and we will send you an email to reset your password.

Q. How do I change my account information?
Please change your account information in below step. (Login required.)
1. Click on Menu ≡
2. Log In (via Email or Facebook)
3. Choose My account
4. Change your information

Q. I didn't receive a confirmation email message from the Hi Tea Malaysia when I created an account / placed an order.
Possible causes are:
The message may have been labeled as junk mail, and automatically trashed or sorted into another folder.
The mail filtering settings or anti-malware software on your device may be blocking our email. Please check that you can accept email from: [email protected]
The email address we have on record for you may not be correct.

Product and Service

Q. How do I buy things on your website?
It’s always easy for you to buy at Hi Tea Malaysia Online shop! (Login required.)
Here’s only 3 step:
1. Choose the item you like and click “Add to cart” button.
    *Go to your “Cart” check the contents quantity and discount price.
    *To add more items, click the "Continue Shopping" button.
2. Click on the “Check out” button and fill up your delivery information.
3. After all, you just need to make a payment for your order.

Q. When will my order ship out?
We will ship out your order once we receive the payment. It will only take 1 working day to pack your parcel and ship out.

Q. How long will I receive my order?
Malaysia and Singapore:
Your order will be received within 7~15 working days (West Malaysia) or 15~23 working days (East Malaysia & Singapore). If you weren’t able to receive your parcel on that certain period, kindly contact the courier service re-arrange it.
Indonesia: 20~30 working days.
Asia: 25~35 working days. (Not include Russia)
Europe: 30~40 working days.
North America: 30~40 working days. (Canada and the USA.)
South America: 30~50 working days.

Q. How can I refer back to products that I bought in the past?
You can check your order history on the “My account” page.

Q. Can I ship to multiple recipients in the same order?
You can only ship to one recipient per order on the Hi Tea Malaysia Online Shop, so please order separately for each recipient you wish to ship products to.

Q. Where can I find the shipping charge?
The shipping charge is shown during the order placement process on the Check Out Information webpage (Both standard check out and express check out page).

Q. Can I buy products that are not displayed on the Online Shop?
No, products that are not displayed on our Online Shop cannot be purchased online.

Q. What if I want to looking for something special?
If you were looking for something special like a personal gift, special gift set, company bulk purchase, etc. Kindly contact us on our Contact Us form. Send your enquiries or needs for us.
